New simulation options available on the Custom Order Reborn Forms.

Hey every body, 
Just wanted to let everybody know we have just added a few new simulation options to our Custom Order reborn doll foms.

We have also added a "details" tab to the custom ordering form, which has more detailed ordering information.

Latest range of simulation devices for reborn dolls now include:
Realistic Breathing Mechanism:
Breathing mechanism custom order reborn
A realistic Breathing Simulation Mechanism can be added to your custom order reborn doll, they are available for custom order dolls between the size of an 18" reborn baby, all the way up to toddler sized reborn dolls. 
Our Breathing Mechanism accurately simulates a real babies breathe, and can be easily felt when your hand is resting on the chest.

Beating Heart Simulator
Heart simulation custom order reborn
A realistic heart beat can also be added to your custom order reborn doll, between the size of an 11" preemie baby, all the way up to toddler sized reborn dolls. 
Beating hearts accurately simulates a real babies beating heart and can be easily felt when your hand is resting on the chest.

Realistic Baby Sounds:
Reborn voice simulation
Realistic baby sounds can be added to your custom order reborn doll, between the size of a 15" baby, all the way up to toddler sized reborn dolls. 
The baby sound module accurately simulates the sounds of a real baby, using high quality recordings of a real baby.

Breathing Mechanism now available on the Custom Order forms

We have just added our Breathing Mechanism to the Reborn Custom Order forms for those wanting to have their baby to include a realistic breathing motion.
They currently start in the 18" size babies and are available up to 23" size babies, with the toddler and child sizes will be available soon.

The Breathing Mechanism is a box that is inserted into the cloth body of your baby, and when operated makes the chest rise and fall to resemble a baby breathing.
A belly plate can be place on top of the body if you want a plate on your baby.

Here is a little test video we did during the designing so you have a visual idea of what to expect. (please note this is not the final product)

Custom Order Dolls

Our Neck rings and plugs are now 3D printed

We just love the idea of the neck rings and plugs but unfortunately they only come in a couple of sizes 🙁 so we had the idea of using our 3D printer to create a plug and ring in every size to fit every doll 🙂
We have found that each limb is slightly different so having them in all sizes enables us to get the correct fit for each limb and head size.
So from now on ALL my dolls will have our custom made rings and plugs applied.

  

The rings make it so much easier to rotate the limbs and head making posing your baby in the perfect position a breeze.

Box packing reborn baby girl Sky Lynn – The SMN Show #433

Reborn baby girl Sky Lynn has her box packing done for her mum. She is the 19" Ember by Tasha Edenholm doll kit, she  has 3/4 arms and legs and a cuddly cloth body.

Her mum wanted her to be a bald baby, so I have painted her scalp with a mottling effect to add realism to her. 

She is going home with lots of goodies, for her mum to unbox.
